Located in the heart of Leederville, the Foundry is a mixed used development consisting of 40 residential apartments and 4 floors of commercial tenancies. The project is currently under construction and is due for completion in mid-2022.
In consultation with the project developer and other stakeholders, Bright Connect was able to significantly reduce the Western Power headworks charge, in addition to designing a community energy network which will include EV charging options for residents.
Bright Connect will equip the building with on-site renewable energy generation along with superfast broadband infrastructure.
